tools · utilities · nothing to install

Small <tools>, all in your browser.

Each of these started as something I got tired of looking up. They are single files, they hold no state you did not type, and they work the same offline as online.

kubectl · helm · cluster ops

kubectl slotfill

Type a namespace, a pod, a deployment — whatever you have — and 120 kubectl and helm commands rewrite themselves as you go. Click any unfilled slot to jump to its field.

docker · compose · buildx

Docker slotfill

The same idea for containers: an image, a port, a volume, and 133 docker and compose commands write themselves. Destructive ones are marked, because prune does not ask twice.

/tools/docker-slotfill/
git · history · recovery

git slotfill

The recipes you look up every time: undo the last commit, rebase onto main, bring back a deleted branch. Commands that discard work are separated from the ones that merely rewrite history.

sorting · algorithms · step by step

Sorting algorithms

Step a sort through one comparison at a time, with the line of code that caused each move highlighted beside it. Scrub backwards, feed it your own numbers, and watch the best case collapse to O(n).

unix time · epoch · timestamps

Epoch converter

The number every log writes and no one can read. Converts both directions in seconds, milliseconds, microseconds or nanoseconds, and lists relative dates from any anchor.

/tools/epoch/
jwt · oauth 2.0 · openid connect

JWT inspector

Decodes the header and claims, puts the timestamps in words, counts down to expiry and flags the usual mistakes. Signatures can be verified offline against a secret or a public key.

Nothing you type here leaves your machine. There is no server behind these pages, no analytics on them and no request to anywhere: every one of them is a single HTML file that does its work in JavaScript on your own device. Paste a production token or a real namespace and it stays with you.
